Join Catholic journalists, communicators, publishers, nonprofit leaders, vendors and business partners for the 2026 Catholic Media Conference, June 16–19 at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City. The CMC brings together media professionals, ministries and mission-driven organizations who share a passion for storytelling, evangelization and community engagement. Hotel Booking Information

CMC registration rates apply only to attendees who book their hotel room through the official CMC 2026 hotel link at Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City.

Booking through the conference portal helps CMA meet required commitments for food, beverage, AV and meeting space, which keeps registration fees affordable for all attendees.

Group Rate for Member Organizations

Register your team together and save nearly $200 when four or more members attend.

Member organizations sending four or more full-conference attendees during the Early Bird period qualify for a special rate of $450 per person for CMA members — the best value for Catholic media teams.

After March 14, regular member rates apply.

Single-Day Passes – $199

One-day admission to the Catholic Media Conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • All cancellations need to be sent in writing: membership@CatholicMediaAssociation.org

  • Cancellations received by May 31, 2026, will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued after May 31, 2026.
