Quick Guidance

  1. The simplest option from PHL Philadelphia International Airport to Harrah’s in Atlantic City: The CMC Airport Shuttle Service is the easiest way to avoid rail transfers and manage luggage. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Note: We are gauging interest for the shuttle service during the CMC registration process. If you select Yes, we will follow up in the coming weeks.

  2. Flying American Airlines: Consider Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) using American Airlines’ Landline motorcoach connection as an alternative to arranging separate ground transportation.

  3. Comfortable with public transit: SEPTA and NJ TRANSIT offer rail service from Philadelphia to Atlantic City, though this option involves transfers and luggage handling.

  4. Driving: Take the Atlantic City Expressway for direct access into Atlantic City. Harrah’s Resort offers onsite parking and valet service.

  5. Need maximum flexibility: Rental cars and rideshare services provide the most control over your schedule.

  • The CMC Airport Shuttle Service is a limited charter option designed to reduce transfers, support travelers with luggage or mobility considerations, and help attendees arrive with sufficient time for conference activities.

Cost is $99 roundtrip per person or $60 one way per person. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Note: We are gauging interest for the shuttle service during the CMC registration process. If you select Yes, we will follow up in the coming weeks.

  • If you are flying American Airlines, you may see an itinerary option that includes a motorcoach segment operated through American’s Landline service. This option functions like a connecting flight, where one segment of your journey is a premium motorcoach between Atlantic City International Airport and Philadelphia.

    • Book this option as a single American Airlines itinerary so the motorcoach appears as a connecting segment

    • This can be a convenient alternative to arranging separate ground transportation

    • Many travelers find this option smooth and straightforward

Availability and schedules vary, and this service is offered by American Airlines, not the Catholic Media Association.

  • This option can be cost-effective but involves multiple transfers and luggage handling.

    From Philadelphia International Airport:

    • Take the SEPTA Airport Line to Philadelphia’s 30th Street Station (about 25 minutes)

    • Transfer to NJ TRANSIT’s Atlantic City Rail Line to the Atlantic City Rail Terminal (about 1 hour and 40 minutes)

    • From the rail terminal, take a 10-12 minute taxi or rideshare to Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City

    • Estimated total travel time: 2½ to 3 hours

    • Estimated cost: $15-$25 one way

Check schedules and purchase tickets in advance at njtransit.com.

    • Take the Atlantic City Expressway for direct access into Atlantic City

    • Harrah’s Resort offers onsite parking and valet service
