cancellation policy

  • All cancellations need to be sent in writing
  • Cancellations received by April 18, 2019 (60 days prior to the conference) are subject to a $25 processing fee
  • Cancellations received between April 19, 2019 and May 19, 2019 (59-30 days prior to the conference) will receive a 50% refund
  • No refunds will be issued after May 19, 2019 (within 29 days of the conference)
